Digital Products (eBook)

For purchases of Decoding Color Psychology (or any digital download), we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed only if:

  • You provide your payment receipt or transaction ID
  • You have not violated our terms of use (e.g., redistributed or copied the file)
  • Your request is within the 3-day window

Offline Art Sessions (Live Classes)

Fees for offline art batches or mentorship sessions are non-refundable. These include group training, advanced art batches, and scheduled appointments for in-person sessions.
However, in special cases where a promotional offer includes a refund clause, that specific offer’s terms will override this general policy. Please read the offer details carefully before purchase.

Performance-Based Guarantee (100% Work = 100% Refund) - For Offline Mentorship Programs (Live Classes)

Certain programs on this site come with a unique commitment: if you show up, do the work, follow the process – and still don’t see growth – we don’t want to keep your money.

Here’s how it works:
You’re eligible for a 100% refund if:

  • You attend at least 90% of the sessions (live or via replay, as applicable).
  • You complete all assignments and project work on time.
  • You actively participate in feedback and corrections.
  • You can provide reasonable proof (e.g. assignments, progress snapshots, feedback responses, email or chat records) that shows your effort and participation.

This guarantee is valid for 6 months from your date of enrollment.
Requests beyond this time will not be accepted under this guarantee.

Important Notes:

  • The decision to approve or deny a refund request lies solely with Sahil Barmate.
  • In rare or exceptional cases (such as health issues, emergencies, long breaks), concessions, extensions, or refunds may be granted at Sahil’s discretion, even if the standard criteria are not met.
  • However, rewards (like completion bonuses) may not be available to students who do not complete the program within the expected timeline, unless explicitly approved by Sahil.
